  • LOL the title made me laugh, what a grabber! But yeah, I lost an average housecat :) lol
  • Orgain Organic Powder or Meal Powder. Tastes great :)
  • I like Cize, I like how it feels like a hip hop modern dance class that I would take at Alvin Ailey or a dance center. Its loads of fun plus the music in it, especially the new age top 40 stuff like bruno mars, I like how they added that. I do it about once a week with other workouts, just to keep things interesting. I…

  • I dont have a pic but i did a diy a year ago with lebert equalizers using PVC pipes from home depot :) My friend and I did it! the diy instructions are easy to find online.
  • Keaira always has some good dance workouts! I discovered her over at DailyBurn a few years ago! :dizzy: And Tiffany yes she has good production and equally nice workouts too, she should have a dvd out! I thought I was the only one that knew them! :D
  • Its nice for supple skin and good to cook with, otherwise for weight loss (along with other factors), maybe not but exclusively no.
  • I think it is possible because I saw a protein powder with coffee called Javapro.. i never tried it but when i do, ill let you know. as a powder and coffee it needs the time not to curdle and mix well. Ive kind of done the protein power mixed in my oatmeal and finally it is mixing well. might be the same concept.
  • I like Garden of Life but sometimes the texture isnt nice. Say no to the Raw Fit blend (its like sipping dirt) and go with either the raw protein you can mix stuff in or the raw meal. I also like Ultimate Meal and the Orgain powder that I can mix for a good replacement or healthy snack. The shake routine is nice for those…
  • I love probiotics, I notice my sick days are miniscule and if I do get them, the duration is shorter and my digestion keeps strong. Not only that but a minor change with my stubborn scale. i use the 50 billion fitbiotic packets by Garden of Life dr formulated. Thats my only fav.
  • If you do Insanity, gotta inc cal intake to sustain it, its intense.
  • :D yep with Cathe there is a learning curve with ones like imaxs and high step but when you learn the combo, its so delicious overtime :dizzy: There are simpler ones like JSmith. :) +1 !
  • Fitness Blender, Different YT videos, Jessica Smith, Millionaire Hoy, Hamelin D'Abell (not like other workouts but love the cardio, conditioning and tone you can get from it). Cathe Friedrich for your stepper and other dumbbell workouts!
  • this! +1 :) Can do lesser time and low impact :)
  • Lentil with cooked veggies ;D
  • Havent been on this thread in a long time and havent done a Cathe in a long time but did IMAX2 yesterday and boy did I miss that combo and challenge. lol
  • Whenever I go to the gym, I do a mix of 30 min cardio, 30 min strength. The stairclimber is fab for that and the bikes, also treadmill too. Get your playlist ready to keep yourself motivated, thats what I do. And look online at some strength training gym routines and youll be fine :) If your gym has a group class room not…
  • Plank Jacks tbh
  • Youtube has some nice at home workouts from people like Jessica Smith, Millionaire Hoy, Tonique, and range of stuff from pilates, yoga, cardio, HIIT, Interval Training, Low Impact, and Fitness Blender! Also the legendary Cathe Friedrich has streaming on her website, her workouts are amazing from kickboxing to Step to…
  • Insanity, Insanity Max 30. Both of them are amazeballs. Insanity Max 30 is great for 30 minutes and including 2 minute cooldown, great way to burn calories and get stronger in less time. Done 2 rounds of it now and lost 15 pounds. The original Insanity I lost 10 pounds and lost body fat too but that one avg run time is…
  • Work out hard the week of and the day of, have fun, day after back to business! lol And remember, leave the leftovers that can last a week or two and incorporate it into your lunch and dinners, another good way to enjoy the meal still and watch what you eat. :)
  • Exactly what cwolfman said is right. What I meant by levels is their pace, not an actual set of levels :) Many people in a spin do it to the best of their ability, some go at a steadier pace, some faster. Dont even worry about that, just ride and have fun to the best you can do.
  • I remember my first ride with Flywheel, a little bit nervous but you see people next to you either at a higher level or riding it out the same as you. Its motivating, just remember go at your pace and keep setting goals for yourself that you can ride at a higher torque, rpm, and keep challenging yourself! Remember steady…
