I'm a little late to the party. I just found this thread. Can we do this again for October? I too have been struggling with night eating for years. I Just had the worst acid reflex attack ever and now I need to stoop.

I just checked my log and noticed that some entries do not include the fiber. I will make sure to check more carefully and select entries that do include fiber. My fiber intake is closer to my goal than I thought.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I do eat as many fruits and veggies as I can but my system can only tolerate so much. I also cannot eat nuts or seeds. Tonight is Halloween so we are having a quick supper. Butternut squash ravioli with brushetta. 1-1/2cups of ravioli is 330 calories and 6 tablespoons brushetta is 60 calories so it fits into my plan today. Yummy!

I have been fighting this night eating problem forever. I finally started just eating either a fruit or a couple of ryvita crackers and tea. I leave a few calories and have Chai tea sometimes which has milk and sugar in it and this satisfies my sweet craving for only 50 calories. I am always struggling with this and hope…
