I really enjoy the Subway Chopped Salad. I get the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and cheese with turkey and oil and vinegar dressing. Only 300 calories. Delicious and filling and you can pick your own toppings just like you do for the subs.

I buy Suzie's Organic Thin Cakes which are made with brown rice and quinoa. These are at Costco. They are so good with cheese, peanut butter, etc. Happy to see a Canadian thread.

I am always going over my sugar limit on MFP. It is mostly because of the fruit I eat. I am wondering if fruit should be counted as it has health benefits.

Well I am glad I came here to vent. It really helped. Last night I had my last snack at about 8:00 and I was only 65 calories over my limit. This is a big accomplishment for me. I just love roasted grape tomatoes. Just drizzle with olive oil and add salt pepper and basil if you like it. Roast for about 20 minutes depending on how cooked you like them. I like them a little bit crispy.

3 tablespoons olive oi, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper. Delicious on tossed salad. A little sugar won't hurt you. It's better than those high calorie creamy dressings. and tastes great.

I have trouble with constipation also because I have IBS. I use Benefiber everyday and if that does not work I take Restorealax for a couple of days. After that, I seem to be okay for awhile and when it gets bad again I repeat. For a person like me it is very important to keep ahead of it so I do not get another IBS attack.
