Amazing! Good job!

We're not all gone yet. I'll stay in an keep posting, but this week was a disappointment. Too much deadline related stress at work = not enough sleep + to little gym time + stress eating (my secretary keeps a bag of candy at her desk). Gained 1 pound and did no classes. Nothing to do but get back on track.

Don't get discouraged. This is a great site and has helped keep me on track. I've been on for 10 weeks and have lost 23 pounds so far.

Ready for week 2. My goal is 232.

If you've been exercisig then its all good. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may not see a lot of weight loss early on. How well your clothes fit is a better indicator of your progress. I've also heard that a pound of muscle burns 5 times more calories than a pound fo fat, so the weight should start dropping faster now.…

Count me in. Just finished 7 weeks and I've lost 16 pounds, so you know 10-12 is doable. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I've been on this site for a month and a half and have lost 13 pounds so far, going to the gym (almost) every day and keeping track of what I've been eating. This is a great site for keeping on track.

Thanks! That was the answer I was looking for.
