Hi there! 2 year (almost 3) breast cancer survivor. I was fortunate and didn't have chemo jut lumpectomy and radiation (and these nasty 5 year pills). I laughed at the time that I had to be the only person who gained weight with cancer. I'm pretty much at my goal weight now but continue to log so I am aware of what I eat…

I started doing the 5.2 diet (there is a group on MFP) about a month ago. I like it and its not a true fast its 500 calories a day for women and 600 for men. I'm doing 2 days a week and have found it easy to do and I feel good

Every work day I have egg whites with ham in a self contained omelete. On weekends it is always bacon and eggs. (not just because low carb I just LOVE bacon!)

absolutely this in total! Love love love sushi and sashimi but start with the cooked things first and then experiment with tuna and other types. I still can't stomach any of the "chewy" ones. Have fun:wink:

I had radiation (no chemo) but I am so much older than you and it brings me to tears when young people like you have this battle... but you are a very brave person and HUGS from Baltimore!
