figuring out the whole TDEE/BMR stuff- HELP
Hi everyone, I just saw on a poting that knowing your TDEE/BMR is important. Never heard of this before but just did the #s now I need to understand what they mean. TDEE is 1925/BMR is 1242. difference is 683? does that sound right? and what does it mean ;-(
