This! You're doing great and the only thing you may want to consider is the weight training. If you're worried about your arms and inches weight training will do a great deal for you. Congratulations on what you've done and good luck on your journey!:wink:

:laugh: I laugh because it is not possible. you have a broken scale. How could you gain 14 lbs in a week and 2 more lbs within minutes???? Nobody can eat that much or drink that much..... I would drop by your doc office and ask to use their scale for reference and get a new scale

Hi everyone! I do Atkins periodically and am on it now. Quit smoking, gained 20 lbs now have 8 more to lose of those 20. tell me about those ****ake noodles? are they carb free? I've heard of them but never had them before...... yay or nay or the noodles?

Hi, I'm 5'2" and goal is 120. I didn't have that much to lose (13 total) but its still a challenge. Congrats on your current loss and you'll know when you've reached where you want to be. :wink:
