No you sure don't have to say more. I've done the math as well and 1 bottle (750 not 1.5 liter) of chardonnay (my poison of choice) is 500 calories so the same you stated. More importantly for me I just make stupid food choices and have to work my fat butt off at the gym the next day to keep on track with my maintenance

Daily wine drinker here as well. I am at goal but truthfully I wouldn't have to exercise so much if I cut the wine out. I love wine and its the only alcohol I like but it really should go.. I'm visiting my nephew next week in Florida who has been through alcohol rehab 3 or 4 times now so you can bet I won't be drinking…

congratulations to you!!!! best thing you could do for yourself. I quit 5 years ago and had no negative side effects at all. I was ready to quit and I just did it. Didn't gain weight (possibly 1-2 water lbs) and only good things happened including not stinking LOL!

yup this is the only way and equally ridiculous. I doubt you gained 50 lbs in 2 months so suck it up and eat sensibly to change your lifestyle not 2 months of your life

I used to take it but then quit smoking and lost a few pounds so no longer on them. it doesn't impact your life negatively if anything I felt better that I wasn't getting that rush/flush feeling. I watch my sodium and stay away mostly from deli meats but other than that no problem

Of course you're not eating enough and you said you weren't eating any carbs? yeah you are. your protein drink is fruit (carbs) yogurt (carbs). but not my point really. if you want to do low carb cut out the shake and eat protein. you're trying to mix it all up which is more than fine if you wanted a sensible calorie diet…
