If you eat 1300 calories a day... but burn off 300-500 calories a day, and don't eat those calories back... Your body is getting 800-1000 net calories a day. Is this what you're doing? If so, it's no wonder your body is trying to hold on to any fat, mass, calories it can, because you're effectively starving yourself!!!…

Don't beat yourself up first off. :) What do you LIKE to do that also burns calories? I just go for 5-8 mile walks pretty much everyday. I don't just stroll, I mean I am walking at like a 4.1 mph pace, but also enjoy looking around and enjoying the fresh air. :) Walking is a GREAT exercise, especially if done consistently.…

Also, noticing a couple of bugs thus far. Will not let me enter my weight... I go to the Progress screen, where it says steps, weight, etc in the top left corner, when I touch it to change what I'm looking at, or the view, a white, blank, rectangular box appears from the bottom of the screen... Is it too late? I just put iOS 8 Beta on my iPhone 5s... I link with Pact, Fitbit One, Runkeeper and ismoothrun... Love MyFitnessPal!!!
