  • If you eat 1300 calories a day... but burn off 300-500 calories a day, and don't eat those calories back... Your body is getting 800-1000 net calories a day. Is this what you're doing?   • Don't beat yourself up first off. :) What do you LIKE to do that also burns calories? I just go for 5-8 mile walks pretty much everyday. I don't just stroll, I mean I am walking at like a 4.1 mph pace, but also enjoy looking around and enjoying the fresh air. :) Walking is a GREAT exercise, especially if done consistently.…
