I'm guilty of this too! Lately, I've been working pretty hard during the week (food choices and exercise) so that I'm well under my calorie goal Mon - Fri.

I'm not sure. Was a 36C 17lbs ago. I think I'm a 36 or 34 B. I've yet to get new bras. I'm so disappointed too!!

Yes, the weekends are rough for me too! It's the beer, wine, and cocktails that kill it for me. I hadn't been working out on the weekends but started up last weekend. So, my plan is to get a good workout in on Saturday and Sunday mornings and *try* to watch those drinks!

I was 500 over my calories on Saturday even though I burned off over 600 in the morning. I couldn't believe it! I know what I did wrong though and will try to adjust. The weekends are very hard for me.

Last year I was walking every workday with my coworker. We were climbing a big hill and doing a 1hr route at a fast pace. We probably were walking 3-4miles a day. I lost 6 lbs and that was it. I've been eating a lot of Lean Cuisine Salad additions. You just heat it up and add your lettuce. I've using about 2 cups of spinach plus the Salad additions for a lunch under 300 calories.

I tried this this weekend and liked it! I'm having the leftovers for lunch today. I think next time I'll try honey dijon. I'd like a tad bit sweeter taste.
