I started MyFitnessPal in January and lost 6lbs in the first 1.5 - 2wks. After that it slowed down some. I lost my goal of 16lbs in about 12wks. For me, it was more about diet too because I've been doing pretty much the same exercise for the last couple of years but the weight staye don. The weight didn't start coming off…

I'm about 5'5 - 5'6. My goal weight is 150. The last I checked I was about 147. I have to go shopping my size 6 pants are really big. I guess I'm probably in a size 4 now.

I realized early on that alcohol is one of my main problems too. I had no idea how many calories I was drinking. So now, I work it into my calories. Works most of the time.
