Use mfpal to sketch out what you are going to eat each day at breakfast and stick to it, then you will not miscalculate and it takes the random (incorrect) guessing at snack time out of the equation.   • i drink tea without sugar. i'm training myself to get used to not including a sugary flavour in drinks. it is hard not to have sugar, however i have come to the conclusion that it is essential if you want to maintain a good figure and good health.
