Yeah me too. I joined three days ago. I'm 150lbs and my goal weight is 115...not necessarily though. Cos when my body gets fit enough i'll stop. And I'm starting with 1430cals a day. Cos my bmr is 1466. So yeah...

So we have to give up eating rice. And garri and all those. I thought we could eat a little lesser.but help me.

I started off two days ago and I've been trying to find a suitable number of calories to eat. But I settled at 1500 my BMR is 1466 and tdee is about 1900. I hope 1500 is good for me.I am 5ft 5.thanks

1. 5ft 5 CW :145 GW:115 I wanna lose weight soo gain my confidence and fit into my clothes.

I jump rope. I read that it's good for the whole body. I don't jog because I can't even jog close to 5 mins without almost fainting. But the jump rope helps a lot. I can jog 500 in the morning and 500 in the evening. And people say it affects the whole body and I have a big tummy that's why I use it.

I joined MFP today because I've been hearing about how good it is. And I decided to join this group because it will help me stay motivated. I'm currently 5ft 5 and I'm 145 lbs I need to lose about 30 lbs, and I used the 6months plan to lose 2 pounds a week. I hope you help me.
