Newbie 23kg (50lb) to Lose

Hello, hello!
My name is Samantha. I used to weigh 150kg (330lb), got down to 75kg (165lb) and then hurt my back and gained 13kg (28lb). I want to lose 23kg (50lb). But mostly I want to be fit. I want to eat well and enjoy it. It would be great to meet some new people on this journey too!

Yeah me too. I joined three days ago. I'm 150lbs and my goal weight is 115...not necessarily though. Cos when my body gets fit enough i'll stop. And I'm starting with 1430cals a day. Cos my bmr is 1466. So yeah...0
