Yet one more 5foot 3 incher checking in lol. Was 126 last year, got down to 116 last summer, picked it up to 120 over the winter with no exercise, currently 117. Would like to get to 114 or so, BUT I need to be active to get more muscle. Am 46 years old. Feel free to add me as friend.

Biking:did 25.85 miles + the previous 78.8 = (I'm going for 240) but hopping on the bike in a few minutes! 94.7 miles 17.6 previously for walk/run + 1.55bmiles today = 19.1 miles . Won't hit the walk/run target but might make it up in biking kms!

Biking: 47.7 miles previously plus 31.1 miles for Friday = 78.8 (I'm going for 240) still only 12.6 so far for walk/run (shin splints acting up a wee bit) :)

rest day yesterday and day two completed today!!! Hope everyone else is still on track? I'm thinking about the others doing it as well, keeps me motivated! Will have a rest day again tomorrow and then do day 3 on sunday. By rest day I mean doing something else like biking and a rest from the dvd. Happy shredding!

no biking today so still at 47.7 miles for biking. walked 4.5 miles for total of 12.6 so far.

I think it does make a lot of sense to do it every second day. That's my plan! I did it this morning. yay! Day #1 down. Day 2 coming on thursday :)
