I had the same for one week. I started adding my exercise (one-hour walk with my dog) to my diary and subsequently I ate more. So I stopped counting exercises as 'burnt calories' and I keep my diary as if I didn't exercise (although I continue walking). It helped and since then I've been losing weight. Maybe you should…

Hi I started losing weight on 7 Jan 2011. I had tried before, but without noticeable results. In the night on 6 Jan I watched a film on the BBC - well and interestingly made, but more importantly opening widely my eyes. That was real inspiration and help.
