First off, kudos to you for exercising! Way too go! I think you (and your doctor) should judge how much you exercise but I would do the same thing tomorrow and the next day and the next. Do it for a week and it if isn't any easier day 7 than it was on day 1, go back to the drawing board. Best of luck(:!

I don't know actually, haha! I feel the need to. I guess to see how my weight fluctuates, but I get really upset when it is more than it was in the morning (I know it should be though!) I am trying to focus on the fit of my clothes more so than my weight now.

First off, way too go! That's awesome! You obviously had serious dedication! It sounds like you are doing everything right but maybe you are overdoing it? 1200 calories a day mixed with (what sounds like) hardcore cardio? You may be putting your body in starvation mode, causing it to hold onto every calorie it gets. Maybe…
