Caramelized onion with roasted garlic and rosemary! Shrimp tacos with home-made sofrito, avocado, onions, cilantro, and cotija on a flour tortilla or Chicken fajitas with sauteed onions, bell peppers, chipotle sauce and cheddar on a flour tortilla.

You don't really need to exercise. Weight loss is mostly from diet. Weigh all your food and stick to a deficit in calories. You should try the ketogenic diet. It really does help with weight loss. :)

I've lost 40lbs and have another 40 until onederland. It feels almost impossible sometimes! Also, I honestly can't remember the last time my weight started with a 1..
