I agree. If you find a way of eating that you can live with and is healthy, then by all means, do it! I prefer low carb because it takes away the cravings for unhealthy foods. Thanks for all the advice!!! I will definitely check the website for support as well. I thought maybe I'd focus on weight training on the days I'm not running. I'm accustomed to working out 6 days a week---so it will be hard for me to have days of complete rest!
