I was having a hard time getting my readings under 200, they were mostly in the 200's and 300's. I can't believe how rapid of a change I've had. It is so worth trying. BTW, today my readings have been: morning 176 (oral meds taken only), afternoon 86, and evening 101. Two days ago, my bedtime reading was 316. I am trying…

I get really stiff if I don't move. It makes me feel too old, so I guess I'm motivated to exercise to feel young!

Always good to have a goal to shoot for, so I wanna do it! Current weight is 272 Goal Weight 5/30/11 = 257! (I haven't seen that number in about 20 years, so that is seriously motivating!!!!)

Happens a lot. I've begun to get a venti iced coffee with whole milk and splenda from the on every corner coffee shop we all know and love/hate. It takes a while to get through it and it seems to be filling to me. Kind of takes the edge of the cravings so it seems to be easier to not indulge. Good luck!
