At times, I use my illness as an excuse to not go out in the evenings when I'm feeling really anxious. Also. I'm supposed to be Paleo, and last week I ate Uncle Bens Microwaveable Rice. I really, really, REALLY, miss bread.

Hello stage two. Sometimes, I just cannot be arsed to go the gym. I've had a long day, I'm tired, I ache (excuses, excuses, excuses) and find myself just NOT going. Which sucks, because I'm disappointed with myself the next day and I feel crap. But when I finally get to the gym - I love it! I enjoy it! I think this is…

I always try to keep as busy as I can on the weekends, but I'm sure you're already busy with a baby! Weekends are really difficult, and it's so easy to fall off the wagon because the daily routine just isn't there - why not try and make a new weekend routine? Or, even if you fall off the food wagon (which is fine, because…

I really, really love my graze boxes, and although it may (in the long term) be a little more costly then buying nuts and fruit at the store, the combinations are to die for! Each time I open a compartment, I feel like I'm treating myself - and it's still healthy! I'd say have a few boxes, see how you feel :) you may end…

I think I would honestly struggle to eat 5K of cals a day now although all it would take is a call to Dominoes and actually eating the crap I want to (5K of cals before my weightless 'journey' was probably a weekly occasion) If you eat large amounts of lean meats/fruits/veggies I'm sure you can do it a healthier way. If…

I agree. In terms of young children, if there is no medical condition, then it is the parents fault. And this is coming from a girl whose entire family is overweight, there has to be a link somewhere? At the end of the day, parents need to teach their children to eat healthily and exercise.

I feel your pain on this one..

You look awesome!!!!!

Don't laugh at someone if they're struggling (watched this happen before, it was mortifying for the poor girl). Wipe stuff down after use.... don't leave it rank for the next person. Don't hog machines and DON'T stand in front of a machine for 10 bloody minutes having a chat on your phone.

wow...wow...wow...wow...WOW. So inspiring, you look AMAZING! Congratulations :D

LOVE gum, chew it every day. Although, I do get jaw ache every now and again.

I'm 6 foot 1, female and my goal weight is around 155lbs. You should be aiming for much higher than that!!

Accepted and all 200 done! :)

When I lost 10lbs, I got myself a manicure :) At 20 lbs, I'm getting one clothing item (probably not jeans or tops as hopefully they won't fit at the end!) Same with 30 llbs When I hit 40-50lbs, I'll buy myself an entirely new wardrobe!!

Lost an average house cat so far!! Goal is 55 pounds = a 5000 BTU air conditioner. This is really helpful :) Thanks!!

So in! Love the daily mini challenges!!

Mcdonalds... A whole bar of chocolate, and then more chocolate in one sitting... I never ate breakfast, and was then was 'starving' for the rest of the day. Enough to feed three for dinners.. Chinese take out at least once a week... Plus, being a student, I'd go out, drink far too much and then come home to eat chicken…

I'm 6ft1, and I love my height now - to the point where I refuse to shy away from skyscraper heels. When I was younger I really hated being tall, I used to slouch my shoulders when I walked and HATED standing out amongst the crowd. I just think now, whatever height you are - you've got to own it :)

I know that the single chicken wrap with everything in plus cheese, is around 570 cals - just the wrap and chicken (no sauces, mayo, cheeses) would take this down to around 450. The spicy rice side is around 270 cals :) If that helps. You could always have a side salad too - which is practically 0 calories :) (Went last…

I eat breakfast around 9am-9:30am, lunch around 12:30pm-1pm and dinner anytime between 5pm and 6pm :) I try not to eat past 6, but if I've had a mega busy day, I could eat dinner around 7-8 :)

Hey!!! Feel free to add me, I've got around 43 lbs to lose :) always fun to lose weight and celebrate with others!!

Happy Monday everyone! Realise that I've been awful and haven't posted on here for around 6 days :/ Last week wasn't amazing, exercised little - but kept under my cals every day, so a small victory. Back up north for uni now, already feeling the strain - being a little lonely, wanting to eat some good old comfort food, but…

^^ this. My loved ones are constantly telling me I don't need to diet and that I'm perfect as I am, but it isn't helpful. At the end of the day, if you feel happy/confident in your body then that's what's important! But if you so feel like you're underweight, bump up your daily cals a little :)

I've never taken anything to stop me eating or suppress my appetite, the problem with weight loss and teaching yourself not to snack is that it isn't going to be easy. Even if you're eating the correct amount of calories, if you've had a lifetime of snacking, it's a long process to teach yourself to stop. Personally, I…
