Zumba is AMAZING, it's pretty hard work to begin with, but it's really fun. I honestly don't see it as exercise, I see it as socialising and having a laugh :) I used to do Zumba alongside weight watchers, and I was losing 2-4lbs each week :) Hope this helps

Monday - so, weigh in time this morning! I've lost 2.2 KG this week, which is just under 5lbs! Also lost 4 inches. Hate to toot my own horn and everything, but I'm so proud of myself :D all this hard work is paying off!!!

I have up alcohol for lent, and it honestly wasn't that bad - and I'm a student!! It's almost against my nature to NOT drink. It really isn't that challenging, it's fun - you get to watch others drink and make fools of themselves!!!!!

Saturday success - I've walked at least 5K every evening this week - even when it was raining like there was no tomorrow! Not even that, I ran yesterday (yes, I almost can't believe it myself!) going for a run tonight as well :) feel like I'm so much healthier already!

I have full length running tights, and usually just wear a baggy top - I tend to spend more money on tights and trainers.

Have you been drinking enough water and making sure that you're hydrated enough? Bit of a long shot, but if I only have 4-6 glasses of water a day, I feel much worse than if I'm drinking 8-10 :)
