The weeks I don't exercise at all but hit my low net calories, I loose more then weeks I exercise. I exercise to tone not loose. Hitting my calories has made me loose the most weight. Im 5'11 and my ideal goal weight is 180. I think your fine. When i did heavy lifting I bulked up fast. If you don't want to bulk just build, do more reps with lighter weights. You will be built but not muscle bound. Your going to gain muscle weight either way.

Before jan I never drank water just coffee. Now I don't drink coffee but get in about 10 cups water a day or 85 ounces. I started small and kept increasing and now it's just habit.
