I started in jan at 284 and last week I hit 239. I'm loving it. I've only been able to exercise 60 days of that time due to back issues but I hit my calories and I'm doing good. Still have at least 60 left to loose but I know I can do it.
Guess I'm a newbee. Hoping this site helps. I have issue with eating enough to loose weight. Hate to eat. I'm actually lucky I hide my weight well. 280 pounds on 6 foot frame with linebacker shoulder width; doesn't show as much. But I know it. Have long way to go but already had great month of weight loss. Fingers crossed…
