I have a glass of red wine about 3 times a week, but ALWAYS include it in my daily calorie allowance. I just make sure i keep a careful eye o n my food for the rest of the day. As from next week, i will only be having the glass of wine on a friday night , as i weigh myself on friday morning.

OK, i'm going to go through your answer, and reply as best i can: My workouts consists of: 30mins brisk walk on the tredmill 20 mins on the air walker (i think its caled the air walker..its similar to a cross trainer) 3000 meters on the bikes at a'half way' level (takes about 10 mins) 2 sets…

hi Jaycee! I am kinda tempted to reduce my carbs as much as possible, because i KNOW that as soon as i eat either pasta, bread or potatoes, my stomach bloats up within 30 mins of eating it. i am not sure if thats normal, but its very uncomfortable! i think maybe having some carbs in the morning (like half a piece of toast)…

thanks for the reply, i dont add salt to anything at all, or do you mean cutting out the foods that contain salt?? and does anyone have any ideas what the high sodium foods are?

HOw sore and tried do you mean? If in pain, or ill, you shouldnt work out anyway. But if you mean that you have felt like you have done a workout, and you are just aching a bit, then i go anyway! Everyday, i moan about going to the gym, and all the walk there i am moaning that i dont want to go because its too cold/too…

I am glad that i am not the only one having this prob.. but not glad for the rest of you experianceing this (if that makes sense). I am not too worried, as i am just going to carry on doing what i am doing, and see what happens next friday when i weigh in!

I agree with Lisawest, water is the answer, or maybe a hot drink-herbal tea or fruit teas, with 0 or near 0 cals will fill you up. make sure you are eating your 1200 cals a day, as you dont want to eat less than that, or you will be hungry. Thanks again for the adive, but my kids are school age (they are 5 and 10), so are at school from 9-3..but have breakfast club from 8am-9am..then after school club a few times a week, from 3pm-6pm.
