I dont see the point in pills to lose weight. I always think that if they REALLY worked, why isnt everyone on them, plastered all over the news etc??? I truely believe that the only way to lose weight (and most importantly keep it off long term) is to chance your diet and include more exercise. Boring, but works, and lasts!

Thanks for the help and advice you guys. This morning i had half a piece of toast with PB on it and i am not sure if it was just a fluke, but i felt much better and was able to work harder at the gym (not sure if it was the PB and toast, or just a coinsedence). Thanks for all the help you guys! I am going to start running outside as from, next week, twice a week, and then build it up to 4 days a week, plus weights at the gym 4 times a wee too! wish me Luck!

Thanks for thr replies you guys. I guess the rash is asmall price to pay for getting sweaty and healthy at the gym, so i will drink more water, wear looser jogging bottoms, and try a little powder. I already have the 30 day shread, and the sit ups are great!!

Do you eat a breakfast that will leave you feeling full, and provide you with energy? Like porridge pats, with a small spoonful of PB, as it gives you energy and fills you up. Maybe have a small healthy snack when you get the slump in energy?

I gained 2lbs when i started going to the gym and eating healthy, apparently its fairly common. I think its from gaining muscle. But dont worry or panic, just keep at it!! I have now been going to the gym 4-5 times a week, and eating healthy, for 3 weeks and have lost 5lbs, so dont let weight gain bother you, just carry on…

Ooooh, it tasted yummy!! Thanks madmama I thought it took longer for my body to get used to the exercise..its only been about 3 and a half weeks since i started going 4 times a week.. When you say to change it up, do you mean working out for longer..upping the intensity, or doing something totally different?
