Sunglasses for runing?
I am just wondering if anyone can recommend some good sunglasses for when i go running? My normal ones fall off when i run, so i am guessing there are special 'running sunglasses' that dont fall off? I need them to be as cheap as possible, as i am a bit strapped for cash at the moment!

Eating before going to the gym?
I am just wondering when i should be eating in the mornings. I go to the gym at 8.30am, so when should i eat, and what should i eat for breakfast? If i dont eat breakfast before going to the gym, i tend to feel lightheaded, but dont want to eat too close to going to the gym..any ideas what i should do?

I have signed up for Race for Life!! (for those who dont know, its a 5k run to support Cancer Research). I currently go to the gym 5 days a week, for 60-80mins. A few exercise related questions.
1- When ever i have been to the gym (mon-thurs, and every other fri), i get a horrible rash on my outer thighs. Is thi snormal or not? 2- can someone tell me how to do a crunch/sit up properly, as i always find they hurt my neck?? (also, whats the difference between a crunch and a sit up?). Thanks!

Hooray- i lost this week!
I was really miserable last week, as despite working out 5 days that week, and eating VERY sensibly, i didnt lose. But i carried on anyway....and this week i have lost 2lbs!!! I just wanted to shout it from the rooftops..but thought i'd post on here instead!

Pulled a muscle!
i am worried about ho wi am going to continue working out at the gym, as i have pulled a muscle in my leg! Firstly- how can i prevent getting pulled muscles? and secondly- does this mean i have to take time off from the gym, or can i carry on and work through the pain? i have applied Deep HEAT to it tonight, will that help…
