30 day shread exercises- how to include them on here?

I am going to start doing the 30 day shread next week (i have just got the dvd), but am wondering how to report them in the 'exercise' part of MFP?

    Log it in as circuit training.

    I asked the same question, most people responded with tracking it as "circut training". Have fun!

  • I'm on day 9 and my progress is amazing. I'm losing inches everywhere and the dvd only costs $9 @ Walmart. You can't go wrong!
  • I can attest that this DVD workout is a winner. I have been doing this one as well as her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I usually do one in the morning and the other in the evening. My stamina has increased greatly since incorporating these DVD's into my workout routine.
  • Yes, this DVD is wonderful. I either log it as circuit training or vigorous calisthenics... pretty sure they both burn around 200 kcals for 20 min. And I agree with dvdwhacker- her boost metabolism dvd (has a lot of plyo training and kickboxing) is a legit workout too! Love Jillian Michaels. :)
