Hi guys,
i am just wondering how i can make a fry up as healthy as possible.
I dont fry anything (so technically its a grill up, not a fry up). I grill the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, have scrambled egg instead of fried, have toast injstead of fried bread, and have beaked beans and 1 hash brown.
Just wondering if i can get it any healthier than this?

try turkey sausage, bacon. also, egg whites would make that a little healthier. the mushrooms and tomatoes are great. do you like jalepenos? i've heard they are great to boost your metabolism.
do you use any oil? i would recommend extra virgin olive oil instead of butter or crisco. the evoo actually has some healthy fat to it.0 -
Not sure how to make it healthier, but that food sounds AWESOME!!!! I miss going out for bangers and mash myself0
