Agreed, eat back your calories and make sure you're netting 1200. You're 1 inch taller than me and not far off from my starting weight and I managed 1200 with ease and eating exercise calories back. No. If you eat well and don't eat junk then it's perfectly doable. Fruit and veg have hardly any calories...Take it you're not eating them.

A lot of takeaways. Maybe 2-3 times a week.... A lot of emotional eating, eating out of boredom. Lots of cheese, wine, bread...Just not really paying attention or making wise choices.
