i had the same thing, i upped my calories a little bit, to 1300. hit the gym again and boom 1.2lbs off. you dont need to do 1500, start with 1300 and see how you go. remember to drink plenty of water!

calm the eff down. no need for rudeness. OP - 30 Day Shred and some hand weights, the programme is free on youtube, look it up! Also apparently kettlebells are very good, again there are tutorials on youtube. Good luck

If I have 3 meals that come to 400 calories each, that's 1200 calories. That means I have 300 calories for treats or snacks. Are you REALLY trying to tell me that's so difficult? :laugh: wow good luck to you, clearly this whole 'lifestyle' thing isn't working out for you.
