Don't do it. The funniest thing with these supplements is that they always say 'along with a healthy diet..' well duhhhh a healthy diet = weight loss.

if youre going for hours without stopping, and wouldnt normally do this, then yes id log it. why the hell not? walking is exercise IMO, id log it as 'leisurely'

um, id say it's plenty actually. we're the same height and started roughly at the same weight. ive lost 13lbs on 1200 and you can eat more when you exercise...so..why isn't it enough? none the less, you can manually set them via the phone app.
