I've been comparing calorie content from white rice and brown rice and there really doesn't seem much in it at all unless i'm missing something? the brown rice has lower carbs but not by a huge amount, fat is actually higher in some brown rice? Me = confused!

My BMR is 1793, then times it by 1.2 (light activity to be on the safe side) and that equals = 2151 calories per day to maintain my weight, I go lower I lose weight, I go higher I gain weight, simples!
