There great fun and the Camaraderie is amazing. A group of friends did a cold november in the uk and it was still the best thing ive ever done. smiled for start to finish.

Cheers guys, going to go with 3 grams in the morning and 3 grams post workout with a banana and a protein shake. Wont make any other changes to my diet and see how i get on in the coming weeks.

Cheers for the link it was really useful. The problem i have is i only ever drink water and dont want the unnecessary calories and sugars that go with fruit juice. Will it still absorb with complex carbs or do they have to be simple?

Just a thought, your doing ballet 6 days a week and cardio 4-5 times a week. you could be over training and have a massive calorie defect putting your body into starvation mode.

Not sure if it helps but there is other protein supplements that dont contain lactose ranging for egg, pea and hemp. Not sure about the gluten though. How about egg whites, all protein and hardly anything else? More meat in your diet? Fish?
