I incorporate as much exercise into my workday as possible! I work on the 13th floor, therefor I take the stairs. I try to stock up on the items I use to cook regular meals at times they are on sale. It seems the stores generally circulate the sales for these items throughout the month. Also, I write down all of the meals that I am cooking for the week, and always make a list for all of the items that I will need to make these meals.…

I purchased a road ID as well. I ride to and from work 3 days a week 11 miles each way and with traffic it's nice to know I have my Road ID. Husband and I rode 33 miles last weekend, LOVED it! finally it was 55 degrees, yay for Spring!! Good luck and ride on!!

If you find a good instructor and a fun class it's a BLAST! I LOVE it!! I have been doing it for about 10 months and keep going back for more! 4 classes a week and a great way to burn calories! Good luck :)
