I know it sounds counter-intuitive but, I'd cut back the exercise to 3 days per week. Also, don't "eat the calories back". Sounds like your bod is getting worried about survival instead of fitness.

Cut down on red meat? Really? I'll take 6oz of lean sirloin grilled to medium rare, please! That's the best 300 calories you'll eat all day.

Looks great! In my experience the boneless, skinless flavorless chicken breasts that we get these days are always improved by being wrapped in bacon and baked or grilled. Of course, you can improve almost anything by wrapping it in bacon!

Hi Pat. I've done the same kind of thing. Stick with it man. As for weigh-ins, I do once a week on Thursday. I do a pre-weigh-in on Wednesday so I know that I have to stay focused for the real thing on Thursday. It was working pretty well before I hit this plateau. We'll see on Wednesday. Super Bowl Sunday was a bit of a challenge but. I only went 100 cals over. When you're 100+ too heavy, that aint such a big deal. I skipped the carbs, loaded up on the meats and celery, brocoli and such. I think it was Ok. I just started again. First weigh-in tomorrow.

If, and only if, you have the willpower for it, Fun Size candy bars are great for timres like this. IMHO, why bother with awhole MW candy bar? The Fun Size will work.

Yeah, I've got over 100 lbs to lose. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I've never had any real success losing weight, no matter how much I loose, it always comes back. Now, it's affecting my health. I hurt my back again and this time it's simply not healing, So, thats my motivation. Maybe I'll get enough weight…
