Nature valley bars or those belvita biscuits , I try to only have one or the other sometimes have both.

    I Like Belvitas....my co-workers call them old man/lady crackers!

I can't live without my Crystal light energy drink packets. I need one every morning...Food I'm not terribly picky about (as long as I eat something everything 3-4 hours) and I don't drink alcohol, so yeah.

    Avocados and Tomatoes.
And dark chocolate and red wine for the occasional treat. Can't give up those vices entirely!

    White Rice.

I freaking LOATHE brown rice. It's gross. It doesn't go well with Puerto Rican food at all >:(

My between meal snacks help me so much. Special K 90 calorie bars, string cheese or greek yogurt. I'm thinking that i might start throwing hard boiled eggs into that mix of snacks as well.

spinach and 90% dark lindt chocolate.

Spinach for quick daily salads and the dark stuff to keep me off the sweet stuff. This is the best I've found locally.

  • COFFEE!!! I would die without it! Also, grapes. Those are my major weakness.

Cut down on red meat? Really?

I'll take 6oz of lean sirloin grilled to medium rare, please! That's the best 300 calories you'll eat all day.

Trader Joe's dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I can eat healthy all day and saving a few calories at the end of the day to enjoy these has kept me on track!!!

    Chocolate...

Believe me, if I tried to eliminate this completely there would be hell to pay.
