I know where that one freakin pound came from: you weighed at 8pm, with shoes and clothes on, after dinner. Duhhhhh weigh once a week at the same time. in the morning after you pee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I may try as well but may do 4 miles every day, no rest. My goal on Dec. 30, 2012 was to run at least 2 miles every day of 2013. I ran for 125 days straight and one day I decided to stop. Not sure why? Lets do it.

first thing that comes to mind is stretching. laugh at me now but stretch when you wake up in the morning, throughout the day, and when you go to bed and you'll be amazed at how better overall you feel. and you prob already know but stretch before and after you run VERY WELL

another thing i'll suggest: you can bring a certain amount of liquor and drinks onto the ship. check into that and it may save you a few cents
