calories burned keeps changing?
why does that amount of calories burned change when you do the exact workout? example a week ago I burned 304 calories running and now it is only 299. why the difference?

eating burned calories?
If I burn 300 calories exercising that adds 300 to my available intake. Should I eat those additional calories? I want to lose weight and I feel that I need to avoid the extra calories if I'm able to. Any thoughts or input would be great.
