runner and lifter looking to add the same

I've ran my whole life and recently started heavy lifting. I wanted to stop running and concentrate on weights but can't give up my running! I workout 5 nights a week and run 20-30 miles per week.

I've used MFP daily since January and have lost 35 pounds since Feb 2012. Not looking to lose more weight but tone up what I have.

    oh and... I try to eat "good" and stay under my calorie goal and I do a good job but I'll have some days where I eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! then I enter it into MFP and wanna puke, lol

    but I'm in it for the long term so bad eating days every now and then are ok I guess
