no breakfast, pizza, ramen (which i still have sometimes..) what ever else i could find. and actually a lot of health food because of my mom, but since i still ate too much of it, it didn't help much.

doing a mixture of cardio and strength training is supposed to be better and help you lose weight faster :)

MPF has me at 1400, i try to eat between 1300 and 1500. *edit- that would be net calories :)

i'm 5'2" inches aswell and i like to run as well, but i don't want to be that fat person attempting to run... the only running i really do is trying to keep up with my really tall friends when walking with them...

if your ready, your ready. if your not, your not. it's your decision. i know someone who got engaged after a month of them going out, they are married now and extremely happy :) they are also an older couple and one of them has adult kids from a previous marriage so i guess it is a little different.

it's not that hard for me and i restarted not to long ago, i actually let my self go over my calories as long as it's not enough to make me gain weight, but i try to keep as close to my calories as possible. i would personally feel more comfortable seeing a "fat" employee working at a place like Victoria's Secret. It would make me feel less out of place. i don't really shop there though, but i do like their fragrances :)

i have the same problems, id say let your self give into some of your cravings, but in small portions :)

i made these today and i really enjoy them, we only had a cupcake pan that was for 8 cupcakes so i made it into 8 and split one with my sister :)

i tend to eat a slightly bigger breakfast because i found that if i do that im less hungry though out the day and am less likely to over eat, i also have smaller meals during lunch and dinner and have small snacks between meals like an apple or a light yogurt

try getting less snacks when you get up, don't fill the cup all the way, only half or something like that. its not much, but it may help

"sober" is not ment to be taken literally, thats why its in quotes. and A LOT of people use that term jokingly to refer to them giving up something they do obssesivly or drink/eat obssesivly including drinking soda.

I love seeing the before and after pics for people because usually they are fairly pretty before they lose weight, but then after they're gorgeous! i really hope that happens with me! :)
