Hi Ladies...you guys are getting the water in!! Way to go! I struggle, but I'm not drinking soda at all (4th day!) and very little juice..so my water intake is getting better. So far I'm almost done with 16oz. I'm going ot hit the goal today with my intake (positive thinking)

Thanks Hoyagirl. I felt much better yesterday...& the 21 no soda challenge is probably harder the the 21 day fix regimen for me. But today is day 3 and I'm still going strong!

UBF was a little rough for me...I'm really out of shape. I enjoyed it, but did take a bunch of breaks. I thought I would shake apart trying to do the plank...lord have mercy...& push-ups are no bueno. My knees were like, no child this will not go down! Didn't get to eat breakfast today & I know that's a no no, but it was a crazy morning. I had some clementines & some grapes around 11..then had a yogurt. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me. I will stick to simple stuff like oatmeal & raisin bran...boring.

I was supposed to get up @ 4:30 this morning...yeah...didn't make it! lol. So I missed the "surrender", but I did go to the gym and got a little cardio in. I'm getting up tomorrow morning & knocking out upper fix.
