UBF was a little rough for me...I'm really out of shape. I enjoyed it, but did take a bunch of breaks. I thought I would shake apart trying to do the plank...lord have mercy...& push-ups are no bueno. My knees were like, no child this will not go down! All in all I did my best, hope I'll get better as the days go by. I ended up going to the gym and doing 30mins on the threadmill.0
