I just don't get it? Why do people have to put others down just to make themselves feel good? Is that it? I don't understand. You are beautiful and keeping telling yourself that. Don't let the *kitten* get you down. I say this to myself every day!!!!

Just make sure you drink lots of fluids, don't get dehydrated. Take care of yourself!!

God bless you!! You are a true blessing. I will make sure she sees this.

Thank you to everyone for their support. What a wonderful bunch of human beings!!!! I feel so much better just sharing with you.

You are definitely a help. I am trying to tell my daughter that changing her eating habits and exercise would help with her depression. We all get so down on ourselves when we have weight to lose especially when you are young and everyone seems to be looking better and happier than you. If you don't mind me asking how long…

I didn't realize the age limit. But thanks for the other website. I will try to get her to check it out. Thank you!!!

No, she doesn't. I'm trying to encourage her to set one up. She is having a hard time getting motivated. She has really low self esteem. I thought if she seen other girls with a similar struggle it would encourage her.

Up at 5 a.m. Do cardio for 1 hr. Get ready for work. Do any chores that need to be done from night before. Have breakfast (oatmeal & skim milk), get kids up and out the door at 7:50 for school & work. I'm sitting at my desk by 8:20 a.m. By 9 p.m. I'm ready for my bed.

I'm up at 5 a.m. to do an hour of cardio before getting ready to go to work. I do 30day shred every night (after supper). I like to be in bed by 9 but usually don't make it till 10. I find I am exhaused come 9 p.m. and need to go to bed. It is a long busy day when you are up at 5 a.m.

I especially hate the comment regarding "your face looks so much smaller". I must have had one honkin big fat moon of a face 70 lbs. ago.

I'm 46 yrs. old and 5'3" and I think 150 lbs. would be a good healthy weight for me. I don't think I would look good below 140, too gaunt. I have 40 lbs. to get to this weight.

I had gained so much weight over the years that I couldn't get my wedding ring off!!! However, after 10 years and losing 50 lbs in the past year. it finally can come off. That was one of the best milestones for me in my weight loss journey thus far. So yes you will definitely lose weight on your fingers and probably your…

I'm on day 9. I can't say I love it, but I hope it works. Has anyone had any results from using it for the full 30 days?

Welcome Sandy, You're at the right place. Good for you for getting started. There is no time like the present to begin. Good luck, we all started here.

I know how you feel. I seem to have lost my motivation too. We both need to get back up, shake ourselves off and keep on going. You have accomplished too much to give up now. Keep up the good work. Good luck!!!

I've been having a rough month. I can't seem to get motivated. I have lost 70+ lbs. and have another 25 or more lbs. to go. I can't give up yet. I'm too close but I feel like all the wind is out of my sails?

Don't give up, you are not alone. Keep trying!!!!
