no appetite?

Okay so atm I have glandular fever and also a broken heart...
should I be trying to eat even though I have no appetite or just wait til I'm hungry again?

    i found this.. because you don't feel hungry doesn't mean you aren't i still made myself eat.. even though i really wasn't hungry.. but i was taking extra meds

    Just make sure you drink lots of fluids, don't get dehydrated. Take care of yourself!!

    My step-dad had mono, his doctor told him to continue eating food as much as possible. I'd check with your doctor first of course, but I think not eating is a bad idea.
