Try nutritional yeast. You get a cheesy like flavor without all the junk you don't want.

just sautéed onions and zucchini and chicken then added some Panda Express orange sauce then had an Asian cabbage salad. Satisfied!!

I'm nervous to see how much of mine will go. Ive lost 45lbs and they have only gone down just enough for me to notice but not a full size. If they get below a C I will probably get implants, but after I have kids.

I have to agree this was a little aggressive. If he had started arguing with you then yeah by all means throw the stats out there, but he didn't disbelieve or argue anything you said. Kinda seems like you got defensive over nothing.

Look up AboutTime protein...it uses stevia as the sweetener and you can buy samples before buying the tubs.

15-18% is my goal and I have spoke to two trainers who say that is fine as long as it is done right, but your stats look fine to me.

Eat more!! I started with a limit of 1500 but I didn't always eat back my workout calories so I was functioning on more like 700 a day. I got light headed, head aches and plateaued out. I slacked off, ate more and felt better. Life threw me a curve ball and I fell off all together for two weeks then decided to give the…

It isn't enough food to me but I need more calories to operate. I tried the 1200cal diet and couldn't do it.

I just looked into this last night. I think my net has been to low and in turn my body has stopped shrinking. So I am raising the bar and eating more to see if there is an improvement.

Agreed. That was NOT twerking.....that was just a sad attempt at it.

I don't think there is on here but you can look up your BMR and TDEE online and kinda figure it out that way. 3500 calories = 1lb. Your BMR is what your body uses on a daily basis if you were to do nothing all day. Your TDEE is an est. of what your body uses based on your activity level. If at the end of the week your…

I may take the first day off, but it is unlikely. I usually only feel bad for a little while and then I am good the rest of the day so that is probably why I am able to.

low-carb diets are only meant to be temporary to my knowledge. I did SB and got amazing results the first month, unfortunately once I stopped so did the weight. I only gained 5lbs once I was off of it but it is so hard to stick to. I did it over a year ago, before I understood the mechanics of weight loss. I had zero…

Thank you for the detailed info. Much appreciated.

I didn't loose motivation per say I just got depressed with everything I have going on and decided to snap out of it and give the 1200cals a shot. It will be the last shot I give it, I am certain of that.

1270 is what MFP recommended for 2lb per week, but I changed it back to 1500. I will usually eat around 2000 and burn off what I need to stay at my goal. I've gained a lot of muscle recently so the scale moving slowly doesn't bother me that much. I just thought I would give the 1200 a shot.....lasted one day. It just isn't…

On the days you don't workout do you notice if your sleep patterns are different? If you aren't crashing as hard on your rest days then it's most likely just your body trying to recuperate. Also, how long have you been in your routine? If it hasn't been that long your body may not be use to the routine.

I have a really hard time keeping the sodium level down....but I have had days where I met my calorie goal but not my macros. I just recently adjusted it to see if that helps. I don't like the fact that I have a goal of 100g of protein a day regardless of a workout, but when I workout MFP up s my macros. I know it has to…

I usually go buy my HR monitor. Machines usually over estimate for me.

There is no way for anyone on here to gauge how much you will loose even if they saw you work out. There's a reason why everyone says loose 1-2lbs a week, so I recommend you focus on your goal but be realistic. You didn't gain 100lbs overnight so don't expect it to disappear and over training or under eating will do you…

I agree with increasing the protein. I think MPF kinda over calculates carbs so I went in and adjusted mine. I try to eat 1/2 of what I weight in lbs in grams of protein. So since I am 194 I usually shoot for 100g of protein and less than 50g of fat. The rest of my calories are carbs.

I judge heavy people more if they are at Mcdonalds than I do at the gym. If they are at the gym I just wanna go up to them and say good for you. I was one of those people. Scared to use certain machines or even go in the weight room. The more I went the more confident I became and so what if you look at me and don't like…

I'm talking about obvious questions that shouldn't be asked on here, not health related or fitness oriented cause I will be the first to admit I was completely ignorant about fitness period a year ago and I still have so much to learn.

Oh no if your stupid or an *kitten* Good Bye I don't have time for that.....personality has always been my #1 priority and still is. Looks are just starting to play big role as well.

You lost points because your body burns less calories as you loose weight. Thank about it, it requires more effort to walk a mile if you are 300lbs than if you weighed 200lbs. So WW compensated by having you intake less.

Bahaha..yes!

  True True good way of putting it.

Can you not lift because you lack the muscle strength or because you have an injury. You could be lifting with bad form if you are hurting yourself....but if you really want to avoid weights stick with body weight exercises. I youtubed a lot of exercises and went to bodybuilding.com for ideas. Bodyrock.tv has a lot of good…

Your kinda stressing over nothing....sometimes the scale and fixating on a number makes it harder to stay positive. Give it time before you fret. Two weeks is not enough time to tell if what you are doing works, but definitely eat enough food or you are doing your body zero good.
