sodium intake??
I'm sure most people have the same issue but I retain soooo much water weight when my sodium is high. I try to keep it under 2000 but often fail because I like cheese to much. Do any of you keep up with your sodium?? if so where do you try to keep it at?/ TY

So I usually keep my Calorie goal at 1500 and try to burn 500 a day which allows me to eat a reasonable amount of food. weights and calorie burn
Is it just me or does MFP underestimate calorie burn for weight training. My HR stays 130ish when I weight train so I feel like 200cal in an hour might be a little on the low side.
