ditto!!! don't give up.....there are so many great suggestions already in this thread...thank you all. I also keep no sugar added sweet pickels around as well as dill pickels.....my sweet or salt cravings can be quenched!

I just started reading this book and am in lesson 6, but have to complete some of the earlier lessons yet. I posted a thread about this book last night, no-one is replying to me either. Guess this book won't be popular on this website! Are you still reading this book?????

I seem to be a sugar addict and always struggle to keep my "sweet" intake in check. Here's a few of the ways that have helped: 1. Hot herbal tea in place of a sugary snack. What are some of your favorite songs to work out too??? I thought I'd ask to try and beef up my work out play list. Some of my favorites are: All Fired Up by Pata Benatar, Stronger by Britney Spears, Headstrong by Trapt, Lose Yourself by Eminem, Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park......just to name a few.

Stay the course & continue on with her. She is probably doing some kind of "sabotage" behavior either knowingly or in denial and it will be for her to conclude.
