because my weight is up and down like a rollercoaster and i prefer to keep track of it on my own. But I can see why it would be useful for a lot of people

if you're not losing weight reduce your calories more. You can't control where your body chooses to take away fat first so you'll just have to keep losing weight until the ab fat goes.

the best way to find out is to add a couple hundred calories per day and see what happens after a couple weeks. If you ares till losing, add couple hundred more. Do this until you're maintaining.

^ what this guy said.....you don't have to eat chicken and rice 24/7 but you do have to watch what you eat. Also work those abs like you would any other muscle. Yeah abs are made in the kitchen, but they're perfected in the gym
