Would you believe it? Our address is Omaha, but we are in a small "pocket" with NO public library! In order to use a library, I would have to pay 50-100 dollars!!! Weird, huh? Your idea is great, though. :)

Hope I don't need this for flu, but it sounds good for any day. I know I need to make some soups and freeze for days when by dinner I'm near my calorie limit.

One more day (yesterday) with 2 veg.s and 2 fruit servings. I want to keep up at least that much for a week, and then try to add on another veg. If I do better--GREAT. If not, that's a start at least. :) Hoping to make some carrot 'chips' today or tomorrow.

OK, so yesterday I actually got in 2 veg.s and 2 fruits. Woo-Hoo! I know many people get in much more, but for me that is GOOD. Especially lately, when I've been using carb.s to soothe stress--not a good idea. :)

These are a good reminder. Prayer is my biggest stress reliever, though often it takes me awhile to 'line up with' God! :) Thanks for posting this. I'm also looking forward to being outside more now that spring is in the air--at least for a few days this week, till the next cold weather blows in. sigh
